️🗑️ You can delete your account at any time directly in the account settings:

1. Log in to your MASKIT account

2. Click on your profile (top right corner) and select Account

3. Go to Subscription & Plans

4. Select the red bin icon on the right bottom section

5. Confirm account deletion

⚠️ What happens after deletion?

• Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 24 hours

• After 24 hours, all your personal data will be permanently deleted

• Any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be refunded

• Certain data may be retained as required by law (e.g., invoicing and billing records) in accordance with our Terms & Conditions

Yes. In the web application, you can upload up to 100 files in a single batch. For larger quantities, we recommend splitting your files into multiple batches or using our API, which is designed for high-volume processing.

For maximum privacy and security, all metadata is automatically removed during the anonymization process (including EXIF data such as GPS location, camera model, or timestamps).

The file you download will be completely clean and contain no original metadata.
